You’ll be invited to a shared Slack channel, where you’ll meet your dedicated Customer Success & Onboarding contact to align on goals, timeline, and milestones.
You’ll be granted access to our Adora integration portal where you can sign in with Google Authentication. If you don’t use Google, please inform your Customer Success contact who can create the accounts for you.
We’ll book a session where you can share your product, audiences, and “jobs to be done” in a 1:1 working session. This will help our team understand your product more and ensure it’s correctly instrumented when you log in.
